Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of an engagement: work is governed by a separate signed statement of work, and nothing here creates a client relationship.

01Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Gaarnika Solutions (Marthala Pragna, sole proprietor). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02This site is not an offer, and not advice

Everything published here, including the migration method, the architecture diagrams, the comparison tables and the case studies, is general information about how we work. It is not technical, legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.

No engagement exists until a statement of work is signed by both parties. Sending an enquiry, receiving a proposal, or discussing a project creates no obligation on either side.

03Accuracy

We take care that what is published here is true, and figures quoted about our own work are drawn from the systems described. Even so, the site is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or uninterrupted, and technical descriptions are necessarily simplified.

Case studies describe work done for the named clients with their agreement. They describe what was built; they are not a promise of the same outcome elsewhere.

04Intellectual property

The text, design, diagrams, code and identity on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Client names and marks belong to those clients and appear with their agreement.

You may read, quote and link to this site, including quoting the method in full, with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale as your own, or use our name or mark to suggest a relationship that does not exist.

05Acceptable use
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
  • Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or malicious content through the contact form
  • Do not use automated means to flood the contact form. It is rate-limited, and persistent abuse may be blocked
  • Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people
06External links

This site links to client websites and to third-party resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data. Their terms and privacy policies are theirs, not ours.

07Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including any decision taken in reliance on information published here without taking advice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

08Privacy

Our handling of personal data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory rules in their own country of residence.

10Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, last updated on 1 September 2026.
